So I am planning on getting a 29 gallon 31.8"x14"x20.5" tank for a heavily planted angel fish tank! I need help with what type of light fixture i should get to be able to keep any plant really. Any info is needed! Thanks!

Do you want low, medium, or high light plants? Any plants is fine and all, but note that with medium to high light plants, you'll need a comprehensive fertilizer regimen, CO2 injection, and a good substrate would be ideal. Otherwise, with higher than low light lighting and without those other components in place, you're asking for an algae farm.

But without getting specific due to not knowing your goals and if CO2 is going to be in place, I'd say look into LED.

Finnex, Current-USA, or BML (buildmyLED.com).

I don't really like led and I have the ferts and everything already planned out, I'm just worried about the lights

Have you read up on the latest led fixtures designed for growing plants?
