NEW TANK! What is the best way to go?

Hello! I want to purchase another small aquarium for my corals. Which tank do you think is the best way to go? Looking to get between 20-30g tank.
which one would have the most proper set up for corals? (reasonably priced, but if its the best quality then ill go for the more expensive one)
-JBJ Nano Cube Aquariums 28g (quad PC or MH HQI?)
-Oceanic BioCube Aquariums 29g regular (PC x2 or MH HQI?)
-Red Sea Max 130D 34g (t5 x4)
What will work well and is the best value for my buck?

What kinda corals? Hard? Soft? Both?

I'd think you should narrow it down to those with MH lighting. I'm not familiar with any of the tanks or how the T5 compares to the HQ.
