New zebra snail!

Hey everyone!
So I've added a new member to my tank. It's a zebra snail but I'm not sure if its too shy to come out or if there's something wrong with it.
I just got it yesterday and he started cleaning most of the algae in my decoration rock but now he found a hissing spot under ma little whole in the rock. Is there something I can do?
I'm knew to this so any ideas would be great!
I attached 2 pictures just so you can take a peek at her where he's hissing.

No worries, he will come out and feed on the algae when he gets hungry.

So when he's satisfied or full he will just hide away for a while ?
That's normal?
