Newbie to Saltwater tanks

Hi there! We are new to the hobby. We seem to be doing okay however, I have one simple question.

We got a new Hippo Tang and Maroon Clownfish today and we currently have 4 damsels in the tank. One of whom is extremely agressive. We were trying to catch him today and have a question...

What is the trick? That little sucker is QUICK and keeps hiding behind the live rock.

How on earth do you catch the little sucker?

Even though this was written by someone with the same frustrations but with a FW planted tank, the goal is the same...to catch fish. The difficulties are the same just a different set up.
