I used nutrafin cycle to restart my cycle. Readings am .25 ni .5 na 5ppm. What can I do now to lower nitrites?

How long has it been cycling? After ammonia spikes then goes down, nitrites will start to rise, then they will eventually fall to 0 like the ammonia did. It takes a few weeks so be patient.
