Not sure whats going on?

Went to feed the fishes today, and didn't see the angel where it usually is at the top waiting for some munchies. Instead was at the back of the dank not ready to munch. Then noticed these growths on its head. Everyone else looks well and fine. Not sure what to do. Water tests all came out perfect.

Nope been stable for months now

Maybe it scraped itself. Let us know if anything changes.
