Could be that the yeast is bad. I would take it back if you still can. You can make a better DIY yeast generator for less than $5.

It can take up to 24 hours to see it working. But remember to check the expiration date on the packages.

i am starting to see bubbles but its going very slowly i hope it increases in a few hours!
