Oceanic 45 tech

I recently bought an oceanic 45 gallon tech tank and I was curious as to what I should use for a setup. I want to use led's in it but I am not sure what size to get. Also I am looking for advice for a pump, protein skimmer, uv sterilizer, and any other things that I should use when I put it together.
