Do you live in the NYC area and are you willing to sell live food?

I live in the mid west, and I don't think I will have that many buckets going at the same time. If this first batch goes well I may reconsider.

Well I am interested in learning how it works out and how you do it. I would love to feed live food.

Just started first culture and froze the left over paste into ice cube trays. Will report progress as water clears. Paste had to be thinned with RO water. It is too sticky to come out of the ice cube trays even when frozen.

Thinning it didn't even work. I am going to freeze it into sheets in a zip lock. It doesn't work in the plastic ice trays.

Have you tried the flexible silicone ice cube trays? Should be easy to remove anything from them.
