This is my stock list for my 29 biocube reef.
1 occelaris clown
1 royal gramma
1 bangaii cardinal
1 purple fire fish
1 yellow watchman goby
1 six line wrasse

Since non of these fish get over about 3".... Would I be ok adding a clown goby? I like them and they don't get over 1.5". Should I just stick with 6?
Thanks:)

I'd stick with what you have. Most of those will get 3 inches and most of them swim in the water column with the exception of the yellow watchman.

Also, the 29 biocube really only holds 20 gallons. I was so sad when I was filling mine up :(

But that's just my opinion :)

You meen with Rock in it?

I wish lol. If you're asking about the gallonage - I got 20 gallons in before I added the rock :( I also have the biocube 14 and it barely holds 10 gallons. Oceanic should really change it! I still have 4 fish in there right now (some on your list) and all is well. I'm going to add one more. But I think 7 is too many; you'll be battling nitrates and algae constantly.
