Opinion on EBAY refractometer

I was considering purchasing a refractometer off ebay and was wondering if it is anygood or if i should look elsewhere. thanks for the advice...

Not sure about the brand and $9.99 is only the starting bid price but these go for $80+ usually. Ebayer has good ratings but I'd find some reviews of that refractometer first.

drsfostersmith.com has a good one for $43.
