Parasite?

Hey guys, noticed my Blenny had a small red spot on him the other day and it has since progressed into this white bump. Doesn't look like ich to me but I'm relatively new to the hobby. Parameters are good, no new fish lately, no obvious reason for stress. He gets along great with tank mates and has a great hiding spot that he calls home. Any ideas??

Doesn't look like a parasite to me. Most likely it hit itself on the rocks.

Probably a teenager going thru puberty, that looks like a pimple LMAO > sorry lol
