Pelco sail fin

Hi guys

Don’t usually see my pelco out much but lately he is out in the open and I’ve noticed like tumerous growths on his body.

Any idea what they are?
Are they treatable?

Googled a bit one says it’s treatable and the other not.

This is what I’ve been looking at

Lymphocystis - not treatable
Fish fungus- treatable

Hit it with heavy anti.fungal meds.
