Perfered water chemical levels for 3 Danios and angelfish

in my 10G tank I used a test strip and got
Nitrate 30
Nitrite 0.5
Ph 7.0
kh 100
Gh 180
What exactly is nitrate nitrite kh and gh and are my numbers okay for my fish? I got 3 Danios and a little angelfish

Well it got set up 5 months ago but it’s been sitting in my basement for god knows how long before that

Your water parameters should be Ammonia - 0 / Nitrite - 0 / Nitrate - less than 40.
Just change out 50% - 60% of the water every week. Don't over feed. They don't need much.
Don't over Clean your filter cartridge and don't change it out until the cartridge begins to unravel. Only clean off your filter cartridge in used tank water.
