Ph way to high!

I have done several ph tests, however my ph is still extremely high. I have put ph down drops in it to lower the ph and it doesn't seem to be working... What else can I do?

I've never had to intentionally lower my pH but I did so accidentally. We had a problem with our tap water and did a large change with bottled water. I believe it was distilled. I also read somewhere that using RO water may help lower. I don't have much experience in this and hopefully someone who does will chime in
