These are 3 very small tanks that run sponge filters and share incandescent desk lighting.
Tank #1
2.5g, fine gravel & sand substrate, clown killies and blue rili shrimp
Must stay: small marimo ball, cholla wood covered with moss
Can change: dwarf sag and dwarf water lettuce. I definitely want a floater because the shrimp seem to like it and floating plants were recommended to the killies to breed
Tank #2
1.5g, sand and small pebbles, M/F pair of scarlet badis, RCS
Must stay: 2 3" pieces of cholla wood covered in flame moss
Can change: a bunch of small anubias and crypts; I'm hoping the badis will breed, they've already been showing some spawning behavior I have moneywort floating.
Tank #3
1.5g, fine gravel and small pebbles, handful of red rili shrimp, will be home to a M/F pair of killies
Must stay: mesh tunnel covered in moss
Can change: java fern, floating pennywort. I'd like this to be ideal for the killies to breed.
I can provide pics, just wanted to get this out there while it was still fresh in my mind.
Thanks!
