Plant ID please

Could anyone possibly ID this bugger for me? had it for yrs with no clue. its abt a foot tall. it was twice as wide as this but i halved it on accident doing some maintenance late last yr.

I havent found either of those with a sp. that are close pic wise. The leaves are tiny tiny. Thats in a 10gl shrimp tank.
