i noticed today my plants have bubbles forming on them and even some have a stream of small bubbles that rise to the surface... i just started using diy CO2 for the first time in the last 2 weeks, i am assuming this is photosyntheses working. Does this mean my plants are getting what they need to grow and flourish?

Yep! It's called 'pearling'. It's when they're sucking up all that CO2 to make bubbles of oxygen. It means they're nice and happy. :D
