Plants fish won't eat

Everything I plant the fish eat. I read the only thing they won't eat is Anubias and Ferns.
What do you suggest?
I've had all grasses, bacopa, Val, SAG, ...... I want to flow in the breeze plants but everything gets eaten

The only thin I can think of that might grow fast enough is Wisteria and that is a big might. Mine grows like mad but I dose pps-pro, diy co2, high dose glut and high light.
