Plants for water surface

What are some good plants that grow on the surface, I need some for my african butterfly. I have little experience with live plants, so an easy to care for plant would be ideal. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Well I had duckweed that i really wants and ended up hateing it.... There's frogbit I don't know of a lot that art pond plants tho
