Please help! Yellow water /:

Hey guys, my tank is about a month and a week old now I have a few fish in there with live rock. I did a partial water change a few days back and instead of helping, the water is turning yellow ): . I even cleaned the tank! Can you guys help me get my water clean and clear? Thanks in advance.

Did you use RO/DI water?
Do you run a Skimmer?
Whats the size of your tank?
What are your water parameters?

Run activated carbon or purigen and it'll clear up.

Run some carbon in the filter or get a carbon reactor for your sump and that should clear the water up nicely!

I too agree that Carbon should clear it up.

Carbon would clear up the water but it does not address the actual cause? When you say "I even cleaned the tank" can you explain what you did? Did you remove the rocks
