Please name plant... How to maintain?

Recently bought aquarium seed shipped from China and planted it. It is the carpet plant you see. Anyone know how to maintain?

I would imagine decent lighting and CO2 would not hurt.
I've read about "carpet seeds" and although growth is good initially, the long term state is questionable. Meaning, they will look good now but weeks/months down the road you will end up tearing them out as they either become unmanageable or growth declines. I hope this is an exception.
