Pls HELP, Garden Eels and Smith's Fang Blenny

Hi, i want to know

Garden Eels: Is garden eels reef safe and do they release poison when attack or dead?

Smith's Fang Blenny (White, black stripe on top fin): Are they reef safe, and do they release poison when attack or dead, is it enough to wipe out the tank?

Garden eels have a very poor survival rate in a SW tank. Even the most knowledgeable on them have a hard time keeping them alive.
I'm not sure about the Fang blenny.
