Possible pregnant Molly

Hi I was wondering if anybody is able to help. Is there a way of telling if a milky is ready to give birth

Yes, they get a huge belly. Molly's stay pregnant there whole life and push out a couple hundred babies a month. It might be helpful to look at pics of boy and girl Mollies to see what you have. The bottom fin on there underside is the secret.
