Got home around midnight last night after being gone All day. Soon as I got home I covered tank in blankets. Power restores now but water got really cold. About 60. Temp slowly rising now. Should I let it rise slowly with heaters or do water changes. One tank has 3 week old fry. No dead fish yet.

Let temperature stabilize slowly, stability is the priority.
Water won't change anything, and DON'T add hot water, will stress fishs and they may die.
