Prolapse or pregnant?

This guppy has looked pregnant for ages and squared off but now instead of babies coming out she has this ballon type thing, can anyone tell me what it is and if she will give birth or not?

This has happened to my Molly before and eh did have her babies by some f them weren't fully developed and ended up like what your guppy is experiencing in the picture
