Do i really need a quarantine tank for new fish and coral? If so how big does it need to be and what should be in it?

It's a good idea to have a QT tank. Mine is 10 gallons. No substrate, small filter and heater. Also I have a air stone for it (if needed) never used it.

how about the corals?

do you proactively treat the fish?

Do you dip your corals? if, so what product?

I've never dipped my corals. I don't treat any fish unless need be.

I QT a fish for a week at least.

Fish should be kept in qt for at least two to three weeks.
