hello, it's good to be back 
i have a couple quick questions regarding npt adapters
i have a parker v series needle valve, which i believe is a 1/4 npt (can't find which one, i'll notify once i figure it out) and a solenoid with a 1/8 fpt thread.
for adapters do i have to purchase a 1/4 to 1/8 with the genders opposite of what they're connecting to, or same gender?
