Rainbow dace

Can they live in a ten gallon and can they live with Low flow water also what is there lowest temperature they can live in

They are a cold water fish so 60 degrees is the recommended low temperature and they grow to around 3 or 4 inches so a ten gallon may be a little small as they are a really active schooling fish.
