Raised scales

My black Molly scales are puffin out sort of and he's laying on the bottom. What is wrong?

Woah woah woah woah slow down there's no need for that! Dropsy is treatable as long as treated properly and swiftly. Post this in the unhealthy fish forum they'll be much more knowledgeable on treatment than me!

I didnt have a quarantine so it was hopeless when my gourami had dropsy

I threw in some fungus tablets cuz it says it will treat it

Usually once they start pineconing (scales puffing out) it's too late since they've progressed beyond the organ damage stage. I've never seen anti-fungal meds do anything for it, but daily 80% water changes and aquarium salt seem to help in less severe cases.
