Raising pH and KH

Tested water and my pH is around 7.4 and my KH is around 2.2. Should I raise it and if so what's the best way to go about doing that? I say "around" because I'm using test strips. I know not the best way to test but it's what I have. Thanks for any help.

I would say get a different test kit before attempting to raise KH and PH. It's best to be sure where you stand and also you will want to test after dosing and be able to trust the results.
