Recommendations to tank.

Hello everyone, I'd like to see what you guys think I should do to my tank. Right now I'm 100% open to suggestions, I'd like to keep the look where it is now but more of, putting x amount of rock or plant here and stuff like that! I'm also open to stocking suggestions, like what you guys think should go out and what should go in.
I'm just curious to see all the different opinions out there!
Here's my tank and its dimensions:
48Lx 24.5Hx 12.5L

You could do a school of endlers, or a school of diamond tetras, with a pair of rams

Put a black background on it (trash bag or construction paper works great in a pinch), move the tall central plant and wood over the to left side to give it a more engaging line. Also pull the plants back if you can to give the illusion of depth.

I'd move the tall grassy plant to the left or right. Dead center appears to "divide" the tank. Too symmetric.
