Red algea in refugiim

I know refugiums are dumping grounds, I just down want to let something I can stop into my display take. These picture are from a HOB refugium. The display looks great since I started it. Just not sure if the red stuff is something I should worry about.

That just looks like some cyno bactaeria growing on it. Maybe from a reduced flow in the refugium.
