Red bulging spots on swordfish

Ok so I recently noticed my male swordfish has a few red spots on its dorsal fins I have added aquarium salt to see if it will help its only the sword fish every other fish is fine. He is also acting normal. Also I mostly feed them blood worms and sometime flakes. I am thinking I should put them on fasting ..? Thank you in advance

Do the red spots look fleshy? If they do then they are ulcers. If they don't then i I am sorry but I don't know what they are.

What do u exactly mean by fleshy ?

So it looks like the fish has had the first laver of skin cut and you can see the flesh.
