I just made a simple refugium and will be placing in under my 15gl tank.
How do I control the water flow to and from the refugium? Can I use 2 pumps? If not what should I use? Please advice..

You will need an overflow box to bring water from the main tank down to the sump. They can be found at www.captivereefs.com, or any other retailer. Only one pump is needed to pump water back up... water on the way down just trickles through the overflow tube with gravity. 2 pumps is overkill, and will be impossible to match the speed together.

Check out some of the articles on sumps for more explanations... the DIY section also has TONS of diagrams and questions on sumps... would be my first line of advice. HTH

How big of a pump to i need to pump the water back to the main tank? my sump is about 10gal.

Is your sump separate from the fuge? If so, I would have one gravity feed to the other.
