Rosy Barb Breeding???

I took a video of what my barbs are doing. Is the female just not willing to breed with the two males that I have or is it something else. All suggestions are appreciated.

Do a some 10% water changes daily for about five days and allow the tank to stand at room lighting level for an hour in the morning and two hours in the evening. I think adjusting the temp a degree or two up will help as well.

I recently realized that my heater had gone dead. I replaced it today and hope to raise the temp. it was on the low end of the temp. range. Hope that by tomorrow it will be up around 76 degrees
