Could I keep any species of seahorses seahorses in a 120 gallon reef tank with high flow for sps corals that I will setup soon?

No .
They are lazy slow 'fish' that need little to no current and all day to eat..
Even given best set up for them they can be a challenge to keep.
I had some with pipe fish in a 29 g that had a sump flowing around 200-300 gph.
They could not handle a circulation pump. Over the year and a half I had them I really found them cool and lazy as all get out .They are not smart animals. If the tank is not loaded with pods attempts to feed them can be very frustrating.
SPS are the exact opposite of horses IMO as far as water conditions IMO.

The answer is still no. Seahorse and pipefish are very poor swimmers. This is why they need systems that have very low flow. This is the exact opposite to what SPS corals need, which is why you never see the two mixed with any type of success. It would be like trying to walk down the block with a parachute on your back in 50 mph winds.
