Shrimp ID

As some of you may have read I bought two 'algae' shrimp from LFS, this is all they were labelled as, Well I spotted one out in the open earlier so I snapped a pic on my iphone, the picture quality is pretty bad but was wondering if anyone could ID it for me

looks like a bamboo shrimp.... does he have what look like fans instead of claws?

No fans from what I can see. Unfortunately I dont know where my magnifying glass is.
