Shrimp

Hi everyone,

I have a friend who is moving out of the SW trap and has a Coral Banded Shrimp. Im about to set up my 100gal and am wanting a cleaner shrimp in there. Will a cbs and a cleaner pose any problems as far as aggression goes. Havent had shrimp before so thought I'd ask!

You arent supposed to keep CBS with anything else for some reason. I think it is because CBS have very large "armspan". You arent supposed to keep CBS with anemonaes either unless they have plenty of room, again its that armspan.

Either you could just get a CBS or get a few cleaners. I like cleaners.

In a 100 gal tank you won't really have any issues as long as there's plenty of LR for hiding spaces.

CB Shrimp are fine with anenomes (ignore spelling)

I work at a huge aquarium with tonnes of saltwater tanks. We have two CB shrimp in with some, and they're just fine.

You should be jsut fine. I have two cleaners, two peppermints, a pistol and a blood shrimp in with my CBS in a 72gal. No problems.

I have a CBS and a small cleaner in my 55g and plan on adding more.
