Sick Cherry Barb

I've had my tank up and running for almost a year, but last week i noticed that 2 of my neon's had some sort of fungus growth on them. So I went and bought some fungus eliminator (Jungles fungus eliminator). Everything was fine until a few days ago when 1 of the cherry barbs I had died, and now the other one is sick. She's having trouble swimming, every time she swims she jerks. I don't know if it's some sort of reaction to the fungus medication or what. Please any help would be appreciated.

Have you been following the directions to a "T?"
How big is the tank? What are your water parameters?

My barb is less jerky now, maybe it will go away with time (I hope). I have a 10 gallon, and none of my other fish are affected. I can't tell you my water parameters, don't have a test kit , but i can tell you is that I was supposed to do a 25% water change before adding the fungus eliminator. Four days later, as the bottle directed, I did another 25% water change and added another dose.
