Sick/Injured Betta. Please help ASAP!

(This is my first post, so apologies for any errors.)
My female Betta is showing signs of an illness or injury, and i need some help figuring out what's going on.
She has white blue-tinted wounds? on her face, but i don't know where they came from.
I noticed this a few days ago, and dosed the tank with some stress-coat, but it seems that there are more today.
Please help!
She's in a filtered 10g with a 50 watt heater.

She’s much better now! I tried aquarium salt and frequent water changes after researching a little into fungal infections and realizing her symptoms matched up. They’re fading away, and she looks brighter. She’s had a fungal infection previously that had been treated, but looks like it came back.
Thank you for your patience! I usually go to forums first for a second opinion, but I didnt expect the wait for approval.
