Silver skin disease help

Is this a fungal or ich condition? Happen about 2 days ago. I did a 70% water change as I had to do some tank work. He’s just been resting a lot near the bottom of the tank. Dunno what to do to help him.

Would be able to rule out white spot. Ime treat for fungal, if no improvement in two days then swap to antibiotics (or try a fungal / antibacterial combination to start).

Just wanted to update. I ordered treatment online and while I was waiting to receive it my silver dollar got better all on its own. It believe their immune system fought off whatever it had. He’s swimming around now and eating. It does appear he got smaller but not by much. Hope this helps others out there.
