skip feeding for one day a week ?

LOL fish always act like they are hungry no matter how often you feed them. So, this is no indication that they are not well fed ,
There is no point in going 'round in circles over this. :)

You asked if this was a good thing to do? You were given reasons why your reasoning may be faulty or the results proof of questionable husbandry. I'm not sure where you are seeing "circles". :confused: If it's working for you, great. Someone with the same set up but different fish may not have the same results. You really need to stop comparing what you do for yourself as a human to what your fish do or should do. They are not humans just as you are not a fish. The next comparison is wild fish and tank bred fish. They may be the same specie but they are far from the same fish. :whistle: :fish2::fish2::fish2::fish2::fish2::fish2::fish2:
