I have a pom pom crab and porcelain crab in my 4g pico. i also have 2 tiny peppermint shrimp int here too. 
sexy shrimp are very tiny and like to be in 3's so you can get some of them.

the pom poms are too cute!, but I'm afraid the anemones it carries would harm the baby dwarf seahorses I might get. Don't want anything stinging.

Ahh I totally understand, didn't know you were going for a seahorse tank. The anenomes are really tiny though, in fact my pom pom lost both of hers. :-(
But how about sexy shrimp? They are way cute too! if they weren't so tiny i would get a bunch! lol

They also have small anenome shrimp too, they ar pretty awesoem looking. Check out Aquarium Fish: Tropical Freshwater Fish and Saltwater Fish for Home Aquariums and look under inverts and the divers den inverts. Lots of neat rare stuff there usually
