Snail flipping over

I have a nerite snail that I keep finding on his back. I keep flipping him over but then I find him on his back again. Is this normal? Should I keep flipping him back over?

Not all snails have the ability to right themselves. This can be a big pain, but is common.

If he's still upside down when I go look I'll flip him over again, I just don't know what his problem is? Lol

Nerites, specifically, can't right themselves. Their shells are too round is what I've read.

Is he falling off of something?

I'm not really sure but every time I turn around its on its back. I have 2 other snails who are not having this problem so Idk

He flipped right side up and is cruising again. I'm just gonna have to keep an eye on that one. He's a really cool looking black and yellow stripped guy
