This little guy hitched a ride on the plants I bought just wanna make sure it's not gonna over run my tank. I'd help plz.

This little guy hitched a ride on the plants I bought just wanna make sure it's not gonna over run my tank. I'd help plz.

You didn't upload a picture but the most likely culprit is a Pond Snail. Dark olive color dome shaped shell.

MTS. Malaysian Trumpet Snails. Probably considered one of the more beneficial hitch hiking snails. Livebearing. The burrow in substrate which actually helps your plants. They, like most hitch hiking snails, can overrun your tank if you overfeed but aside from that, they are pretty helpful lil guys.

Thanks, so do they need a mate since they are live bearing? Hopefully I just got one
