Solid salt

So I got about 2/3 of the way down my bucket of salt and could that there was a layer about 2 inches thick of solid salt. If I break this up will it be ok to use? It looks like it has a blue tinge to it.

It should be fine. If it gets any moisture near it it’ll harden up.
