i want to start a saltwater tank and i saw an aquarium 60 litre (15 gallon) with a skimmer and a power head and a heater and good lighting can i put in it 2 small clown fish? with some shrimps ?

I'd personally look a little bigger for a pair of clowns I'd say at least 20. Bigger is easier to care for too as less fluctuations in parameters
