Something strange on the lip??

I have 5 sepera Tetras and one of them has a white sort of thing on his lip. It sticks out and i only noticed it yesterday. And some of my other fish which are Black phontom tetra may or may not have fin rot i need help

Water changes, water changes, water changes. That is the best cure for fin rot. As for the mouth, does it look fuzzy?

My black mollies often get odd white things on their lips and face area. Kind of looks like a pimple? I'm not sure what they are, but they tend to disappear without a trace in a day or so.

If they start noticing hair where there was no hair before, however....

Occasionally, a couple of my silver-tip tetras will have a pimple looking bump by their mouth, it looks like a betta pellet that they're eating.. But after a good 40 - 50% water change, things start looking better, and it always disappears.
Can't go wrong with the fresh water!!

I do a 50% water change every week and i just did one then. so the other tetras wont get them and it doesnt look fuzzy
