starfishes in love?

Hi.I have funny question for You guys.In my 90 gal. tank i have two sand sifting starfishes.From 4 days one is on top another.They traweling like this in tank.I took them apart but after a while they where again on top another.What is going on?Are they in love? plying or fighting.They still in this position.One on top another

Unfortanetly, I don't believe it means they are mating. They are more just... flirting. Starfish and many other echinoderms mate in the water column and don't actually "mate" physically.

I would be concerned with two sand-sifters in a 90gal. They are huge eaters and deplete a sandbed of fauna in no time flat...then slowly starve to death. I would strongly encourage you to bring one back to the LFS.
